Slavkov u Brna is a town more known for the near-by
Battle of Austerlitz and a beautiful chateau rather than football. The club (founded 1921) currently plays in the Czech Republic 6th tier, but the facitilies are very good for the level. The main stand has a capacity of 500, while the ground can hold up to 3,000. So far this season they only have 2 wins and sit in last place. In the 2004/05 season, they played in the 5th tier. The biggest success of that club was in 1999/2000 when they won promotion to the 4th tier (Divize).

Hello!
What a coincidence. Last weekend I was in Sławków in Poland (at the border of Silesian and Lesser Poland Voivodeship). The funny thing tht I have just found out is: Sławków and Slavkov u Brna are the partner cities, they both have clubs establishd in 1921, both of them play at six tier and are in the bottom of the table! :) Th only difference are colours: yellow-blue for Sławków, white-blue for Slavkov u Brna. :)
I hope I will manage to post my report today, so if you are intrested please visit my blog in the evening or tomorrow. :)
Cheers!
Thanks for the information. I was not aware of the Sławków in Poland. Sadly, I do not know much about football in Poland.
How many levels does the Polish pyramid have?
